Creating habits is something anyone can implement to help them in their daily lives. For me, getting diagnosed with ADHD at age 41, gave me an explanation of why I had been the way I was almost my whole life.
This podcast will go over 3 Habits for anyone whether you have ADHD or not. These include:
1. Establishing a structured routine
2. Incorporating regular exercise
3. Practicing Mindfulness, Meditation, or Breathing Exercises
Again for me, I have implemented these into my life numerous times. Since diagnosis, I know how much more valuable my habits are to keep me moving forward.
