No definition or label will ever be able to truly understand the layered complexities that make you, you. You are not one way or the other, you are nothing. You are free to grow, change, adjust, and adapt to whoever you wish to be, for whatever time that it works, when it works. Then when it doesn't work repeat the cycle again. Attaching yourself to certain narratives or identities is pointless because you are always changing anyways. Then when it doesn't work repeat the cycle again. Accept that you don't know everything so you can begin understanding everything.

Everyone has their own version of their best intentions. You will continually make the best mistakes in every instance of your life. You will do the best that you can with all that you know in that moment. If you allow yourself to, accept that you are in this continuous cycle of rebirth and death, then what follows is rebirth and death, and after that - rebirth and death. Give yourself permission to enter the unknown. Be confident knowing that you will always figure it out, you will always make it out perfectly fine - just as how you have been living up to the point that you are reading this message right now, now, now, now, and now.

My wish for you is that you guys gain enough courage to be your true, authentic self. Healing isn't easy, healing is definitely scary, and sometimes it is exhausting. In spite of it all, my wish for you is to understand that you are an investment worth developing. Allow yourself to thrive and you will.
