November 2nd to December 12th, that according to data just released by Adobe and in the critical seven days following Cyber week, returns fell by a 10th of a percent. It's not clear exactly why returns are down. Some believe that consumer use of AI to guide much of their shopping this year has helped streamline the process and the purchase selections as well. Which means, of course, that items are kept more likely rather than returned. Other studies have shown that consumers are simply spending more carefully this year because they're concerned about the economy.
