Ghana Catholic Bishops’ Conference (GCBC) has submitted a paper to Parliament’s Committee on Constitutional, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs expressing its position on the Promotion of Proper Human Sexual Rights and Ghanaian Family Values Bill, also known as the anti-LGBTQI+ bill.
