Episode 112: David’s time as king was coming to a close and this meant it was time for him to choose who would sit on the throne after him. His choice was Solomon. But Adonijah, displeased by this, plotted to become king in place of his brother. As he was making a feast for himself among a select group of people to proclaim him king, Nathan and Bathsheba hurry to David requesting that he publicly announce Solomon as king.
