Today’s topic is Adopt Habits From The Blue Zones And Eliminate High Blood Pressure.

High Blood Pressure is a life-threatening condition that must be managed but it doesn't mean your life is over. Once your doctor says you have this incurable chronic disease that is silently attacking the organs of your body, and after dealing with your fears, I want you to ask questions.  Like, can it be cured?  How will it affect my life?  Do I now have to eat tasteless foods?  Do I have to take medications for the rest of my life?

Then your doctor will prescribe a medication that will be appropriate for your body type, more than likely your doctor will tell you to monitor your blood pressure, probably daily to start.
