Adopting It Forward

In between his electrical contractor business and her school bus driving, Matt & Mandi are parents to 3 bio kids and 11 (yes 11) adopted children from China!  Meanwhile, they are in the process of adopting 3 more kiddos from Colombia.

After 4 miscarriages including a life-threatening disease, Carissa and Donnie began their journey of fostering that culminated with their adoption of 2 sibling girls.

Soon-to-be church planters Lou and Phil have 1 bio and 2 adopted kids. As they prepare to move to Florida, Lou shares her insights on fostering and adoption from her perspective as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Joel and Andrea are parents to 4 bio kids, 2 adopted, and currently one foster child.  They share the fulfillment as well as the frustrations that can come with fostering and adoption.

After Micah & Kerra were blessed with 5 bio kids, their desire to foster progressed into a willingness to adopt another 5.  Meanwhile, they were discovering aspects of mental illness that would not only change their lives, but dramatically impact hundreds of others.

Matthew and Ashley share some of the struggles they have faced while raising 8 kids (4 bio and 4 adopted) and fostering many others, and how those struggles have resulted in a non-profit to encourage others with similar struggles.  

Growing up, April felt the desire to adopt and Luke's heart was toward Africa. So when these lifelong friends married, a Ugandan adoption was the perfect fit. However, their journey continued with a domestic adoption as well.
