In this episode of "Jesus, You Take Over!" i will be speaking about Adoration of The Blessed Sacrament.

Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is a Catholic devotion where individuals spend quiet prayerful time before the consecrated Host, which is the Real Presence of Jesus Christ (The Living God). During this time, a consecrated Host is placed in a special vessel called a monstrance, displayed on an altar, allowing people to worship, contemplate, and communicate with Christ in a profoundly intimate way.

A powerful quote on the power of Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is from Archbishop Fulton Sheen: "Of all devotions, that of adoring Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament is the greatest after the sacraments, the one dearest to God and the one most helpful to us," emphasizing its ability to grant spiritual strength and a true source of God's grace and power in one's life.
