I talk about going to church on Sunday and sitting in meditation on the Host.  This is a Holy Hour thing I'd never heard of or experienced.  I think it's a Catholic thing and maybe it's tied to Easter or maybe adoring the host happens regularly on the schedule.  In any event, I chose to fully dive in to the experience and it was illuminating and profound.
