Episode Description
This is a short but powerful nudge to start keeping promises to yourself.
In this episode, I talk about how confidence and self trust are built through small actions, not big declarations. I use a simple example most people can relate to, the morning alarm. Every time you hit snooze, you are quietly breaking a promise you made to yourself, often without realizing it.
I explain why starting your day by keeping one small promise can shift your mindset, your energy, and how you see yourself. When you follow through early, momentum builds. Before you know it, you have already kept several promises to yourself, and that changes how you move through the rest of your day.
This conversation ties directly into fitness, weight loss, and personal growth. Confidence does not come from doing everything perfectly. It comes from doing what you said you would do, starting small, and stacking follow through over time. If you have been struggling with consistency or self belief, this episode gives you a simple place to start.
