George from Ruck ‘N’ Run joins us to talk about the 4th year of their amazing Ruck ‘N’ Run event. This year there is both the in-person Ruck ‘N’ Run as well as the Virtual “Shadow” event you can take part in if you can’t make it out to the physical event in Republic, MO.

Ruck ‘N’ Run is offering up three free entries to their event! Two will be chosen from the giveaway generator below. For the third: leave a comment on this page with the distance you would complete if you registered. We’ll randomly chose one of the comments (using a random number generator) and that person (assuming they entered a real distance) will get the registration!
