Adrian Colbert is an NFL safety and incredible human.

He played college football at the University of Texas and the University of Miami and has played in the NFL for 7 years for the 49ers, Seahawks, Dolphins, Chiefs, Giants, Patriots, Jets, Browns, Titans, and Bears.

Adrian was one of the featured players during HBO's Hard Knocks and stood out to me for his interest in esoteric practices like breathwork, meditation, grounding, and sound bathing.

In this episode, Adrian shares his healing journey, his experience with ayahuasca, why he gave up drinking, being a dad, and, in his words, why "self-love was the missing factor in (his) game."
