Born in Belfast, Adrian McKinty is an Irish crime novelist who has made Melbourne Australia his home since 2008.
Adrian has written two trilogies (the Michael Forsythe and Lighthouse trilogies), a six-part series (the Sean Duffy series), and several standalone novels. Rain Dogs (part of the Sean Duffy series) won the 2017 Edgar Award and was shortlisted for the 2016 Ned Kelly Award and the CWA Ian Fleming Steel Dagger 2016.
Adrian has also written for the The Washington Post, The Times, The Guardian, The Independent, The Australian, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Melbourne Age and Harpers Magazine.
