1. Don't reflect on past mistakes or regrets - Focus on the future because can’t change the past. Aren’t held back by past mistakes but also never learn from them, nor lose confidence from previous poor decisions, so end up repeating them.
2. Hold onto and regret past mistakes. Always reflecting and over thinking, never forgiving themselves and moving on. Confidence and willingness to take risks are crushed out of fear of making a mistake again.
