Depression is not just sadness it is painful. It is overwhelming. A lot of people mistake it for sadness. That is one of the reasons it is so hard to spot. I will tell you that it is not. Sadness is tangible. If you are sad more times or less you can explain why you are sad.  Depression is un explainable and leave us silent, numb.
