Matthew 5:27-32. Ps Christian Kahnt continues our Real Deal series by looking at adultery and divorce. Contrary to how some misread this passage, Jesus is not condeming sexual desire. Adultery is often connected to idolatry, since we are placing things other than God first. Here, Jesus wants us guard our own hearts so that He remains first, and thus l that we would see intimacy in marriage as a very normal, healthy and giving expression as God intended.
