Hey podulters, in this episode I speak to Jason Okundaye. Jason is a journalist and he is currently writing his first book, Revolutionary Acts : Stories of Love, Brotherhood, and Resilience from Black Gay Britain . We discuss the three things he wishes he had been taught in school, namely social history, media and media ethics, and public speaking. At the end we speak about identity politics and how our attitudes towards it and the ‘privilege’ discourse are changing, which I personally think is quite an interesting topic. Especially as this podcast has centred itself around those things for a while so it’s always refreshing and interesting when you find yourself growing out of - or growing beyond - an idea! I hope you enjoy listening (can’t believe this is episode 101) as always please do rate, review and subscribe!

Hey podulters, I hope you’re well! This week I speak to life coach, author and TedXSpeaker, Michelle Elman. The three things she wishes she was taught in school are that women can be selfish, how to communicate and how to do taxes. Michelle’s new book The Joy of Being Selfish, all about boundaries and how to set them, is out now, and will definitely be right up your street if you enjoy this conversation! As always please do rate review and subscribe, bye! X

Hey Podulters, I hope you’re well! In this week's episode I speak to the politics editor at gal-dem, Moya Lothian-McLean. We discuss which three things she wishes she had been taught in school, namely political philosophy, addiction and achievement myths. We talk a lot about social media, and the way that online discourse often dominates our perception of world events and compels us to form opinions on everything all the time, perhaps to our detriment. We also speak about fitness addiction, body image and dieting - so content warning for that. I hope you enjoy, as always please do rate, review and subscribe.
