In reading, studying, living and doing God's word, we are blessed with true wisdom. God reveals so much to the upright which are those in right standing with God. God has reserved a successful path for us! All He needs is our faith and the work. Understanding God is the base to a long successful life. 

I take Gods word for and as my Truth! As TRUTH period. His Word has and will remain true. Those who are wicked shall be cut off. Those wrongdoers will be rooted out of it as well. In Gods time, all are held accountable regardless to how this world neglects the importance of accountability. God is impartial. He will rid those who are against His commandments. 

We are committed to being committed to God and God's Word. Let's GROW!

If we would just deny ourselves! Our personal feelings, opinions, thoughts, comfort, fears, doubt, distractions, and pride! And believe! With obedience! Blind faithful obedience! Not having to understand before doing! Not needing approval of man first! Not needing our own comfort to move! Believing and vessel ready! THEN we'll gain true wisdom and knowledge! THEN we'll KNOW God for ourselves and apply God like thinking in ALL we say and do! THEN will we receive Gods blessings!!

🌱I want to start this new year committed to being committed to God and His word. I heard a quote that says "evil prevails and  succeeds when good people are silent".  My mission is to be more intentional in studying and sharing the word of God. Not just sharing a scripture here and there but making time to come together and read, learn and grow. This is my #31Proverbs31Days challenge. Life comes with many distractions. Because God expects as much as we expect of Him... this is the beginning of growing through the motions.

Good evening Believers, Hearers, and Doers of Gods word. What's your morning read/study this Good Friday? 

"Man's steps are ordered and ordained by the Lord. How can a man [fully] understand his way?" -Proverbs 20:24

We are undisciplined people. We can't just live by faith and believe! We FEEL we HAVE to see, know, fully understand at some point. I say NO!! We don't!! We shouldn't have to see or have full understanding to move forward in life. We shouldn't HAVE to have things a certain way, in a specific order, or have what God can and will do in our lives proven first! 

"An evil and [morally] unfaithful generation craves a [miraculous] sign; but no sign will be given to it, except the sign of [the prophet] Jonah. "Then He left them and went away. [John 3:4,5] - Matthew 16:4

Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things UNSEEN!! The only sign we need is the breath in our bodies!! Stop needing proof!! Stop FEELING you have to settle things from the past first or get your right now in order first! Stop thinking you have to go through "flesh" stages in order to fulfill your purpose! 

"The spirit (conscience) of man is the lamp of the LORD, searching and examining all the innermost parts of his being." -Proverbs 20:27

Be disciplined in BLIND FAITH!! Believing that your existence is enough to live out Gods purpose for you! We win this fight against the enemy by being used by God in our youth and elder years! God needs ALL of us to be active in His word! Present in His works! And disciplined enough to live by FAITH!! 

"The glory of young men is their [physical] strength, And the honor of aged men is their gray head [representing wisdom and experience]." -Proverbs 20:29

I promise! I just want this and nothing less! "A plan (motive, wise counsel) in the heart of a man is like water in a deep well, But a man of understanding draws it out. [Prov 18:4] -Proverbs 20:5 

I want EVERY plan to be drawn out and implemented as my heart desires God!! I want to be able to understand every plan God has for me and that I am so wrapped in Him that I possess the wisdom, knowledge, strength, will, and faith to DRAW IT OUT!!! 

Because... "Many a man proclaims his own loyalty and goodness, But who can find a faithful and trustworthy man? The righteous man who walks in integrity and lives life in accord with his (Godly) beliefs-- How blessed [happy and spiritually secure] are his children after him [who have his example to follow]. -Proverbs 20:6-7

 I want to be found loyal to God!! Faithful to God!! Good according to God!!! Faithful in God!! And trustworthy as God is!!! I want to be found Righteous!!! Blessed!! On one accord WITH God!!! And my children!!!

Good evening Believers, Hearers, and Doers of Gods word! What's read/study? 

What you know vs. what you feel. Anger = Ignorance.  How do YOU read and receive? Those are my take aways while reading some of Proverbs 19

We need wisdom to withstand whatever is to come in our lives. Proverbs is filled with so much wisdom, instruction, warning and direction. Proverbs 19:11 says "Good sense and discretion make a man slow to anger". Point out one quick to anger and you'll find the one who is led by their emotions and has not been disciplined in the Love and wisdom of God. We have to do our best to not react or respond in our feelings because our emotions change so rapidly and they're not a stable way of knowing what is the best response or reaction. Our emotions will get us into situations and some trouble we never intended. 

Proverbs 19:18 reads "Discipline and teach your son while there is hope, And do not [indulge your anger or resentment by imposing inappropriate punishment nor] desire his destruction." 

We must discipline in love in order to build strong children and adults who too discipline in love and are able to see the benefits if discipline. Every human being desires sound wisdom and discipline. We must teach while there is hope because this world works fast to destroy our young people. Parents who discipline in anger and take joy in inappropriate punishments desire their own destruction and that of their child. 

Proverbs 19:8-19 KJV

[8] He that getteth wisdom loveth his own soul: he that keepeth understanding shall find good. [9] A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaketh lies shall perish. [10] Delight is not seemly for a fool; much less for a servant to have rule over princes. [11] The discretion of a man deferreth his anger; and it is his glory to pass over a transgression. [12] The king's wrath is as the roaring of a lion; but his favor is as dew upon the grass. [13] A foolish son is the calamity of his father: and the contentions of a wife are a continual dropping. [14] House and riches are the inheritance of fathers: and a prudent wife is from the Lord. [15] Slothfulness casteth into a deep sleep; and an idle soul shall suffer hunger. [16] He that keepeth the commandment keepeth his own soul; but he that despiseth his ways shall die. [17] He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord ; and that which he hath given will he pay him again. [18] Chasten thy son while there is hope, and let not thy soul spare for his crying. [19] A man of great wrath shall suffer punishment: for if thou deliver him, yet thou must do it again.

Good evening Believers, Hearers, and Doers of Gods word. What's your read/study?

I had a revelation while reading the beginning of Proverbs 17! God instructs us to be hearers and doers of His word because if and when we don't, we are more likely to become EVILDOERS!! I've noticed this more and more in todays time. It's so easy when you don't know God nor do you work to know God! We can slip into the acts of evildoing so easily. 

Not everyone is listening to your worries, fears, complaints, concerns, or needs to HELP you and find solutions! Some are learning how to repeat it, become it, and grow it! Where you can hear God instructions for change and growth. They focus on the wickedness of it. 

People will listen to the wrong that has divided us or the concerns that harm us and use it as a tool of leverage to elevate themselves and it's evil in this world. We say what the devil meant for bad God turns around and works it for our good! But those far from God are being used by the enemy to listen to the wrong and extend its evil ways. Therefore being doers of evil because they fail to be in Gods word, fear God and Do His will. They carefully listen and pays attention to the wicked and liars. They pay attention and learn.

This is why it is so important to BELIVE, LISTEN, HEAR, and DO GOD's Word!!! 

"An evildoer listens closely to wicked lips; And a liar pays attention to destructive and malicious tongue." Proverbs 17: 3

"The refining is for silver and the furnace for gold, But the Lord tests hearts." Proverbs 17: 4

Dangerous....is not having Godly wisdom! Dangerous is anyone who can not and does not learn from his mistakes nor direction. 

Proverbs 17:10 KJV

[10] A reproof entereth more into a wise man than an hundred stripes into a fool.

Smart people learn more from a single correction than fools learn from a hundred beatings.

Finishing Proverbs 17 and verse 22, 27, and 28 are so important to meditate on. Verse 22 reminds us that a happy  is good medicine and a joyful  causes healing. We get so busy with life and boggled down in the stressors of life that we fail to see the simplicity of what's good for the body and soul. We have so many sick with disease and ailments who are on all kinds of medicine! But I believe we've all witnessed the natural medicine a happy heart provides the body. A laugh, smile, good news, peace, or just meditation. We have to do better at guarding the heart and it's happiness because that happiness has the medicinal power to drive out illness. A happy heart leads to a joyful mind which causes healing! Healing of the mind, strengthening of the mind, focus of the mind, and the ability to always power mind over any matter. I truly believe. It goes on to say that a broken spirit dries up the bones. We've witnessed how fast a person withers away when their heart is sad and their mind is in misery; focused on the outcome and the negative and defeat. A happy heart and joyful mind gives life! Extends life! Choose life by guarding and defending the happiness your heart desires and the healing your mind requires daily. 

"A happy heart is good medicine and a joyful mind causes healing, But a broken spirit dries up the bones." Proverbs 17:22 (Proverbs 12:25; 15:13,15)

Proverbs 17:22-28 KJV

[22] A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones. [23] A wicked man taketh a gift out of the bosom to pervert the ways of judgment. [24] Wisdom is before him that hath understanding; but the eyes of a fool are in the ends of the earth. [25] A foolish son is a grief to his father, and bitterness to her that bare him. [26] Also to punish the just is not good, nor to strike princes for equity. [27] He

Good evening Believers, Hearers, and Doers of Gods word! What's your read/study? 

God gave me this yesterday morning. 

Your gifts! To GOD! 

Proverbs 18:16 

A man's gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men.

Do you know how many of us were never taught this scripture? How many were never taught this lesson? But had to learn it one way or another? 

Our gifts that God has given us were never meant for the enemy! They were never meant to have us bound! Nor to limit us! The gifts that God has given us individually were for the building, expanding, growing, and showing! 

Being attached to God provides us with the gift! Being connected to God creates the confidence, knowledge, wisdom, opportunities, tables before men that we use those gifts FOR God and His purpose in our lives! 

We get in Gods way of doing this. 

We get in His way by believing we have the power to "do it on our own" Philippians 3:3 KJV

[3] For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.

But we seem to always fall for false confidence in this feeble flesh! Our own flesh and flesh of men! We believe the lies that we "NEED" to know people. No! We NEED to know God and His people! We need to know the people God has attached to our assignments! 

This is the season of "move out the way so that God can make a way"! God is making room but we keep entering into other rooms! 

God gifted us our gifts so that we could learn, depend on and trust in Him to teach us when, why, and how to use them! Gods plan is perfect! He always sets us up for success! We tend to allow other people and things to set us up for our failures. 

Allow God to make room with your gifts! God exalts! Not man!! God is moving things around! God is emptying some rooms and making room for you! All required is our obedience, patience, faith, and WORK! We don't need to lie with the enemy to be before great men! 

We don't have to abandon our mission to serve all people and love all people! God will NEVER have us sin to win! 

We've allowed this world to convince us of that! 

That we have to be used by men before we can be used by God! Returning to God when we've been used up and dried up! No! The gifts we have were gifted at birth! We must learn as children what they are and whose they are! Then learn to apply them to our lives! We have to learn how to be connected  to the promises within us instead of the traditions and comfort of this world. 

Get out of the way so that God can make room! And when He makes room ...Enter that space with all that God has given you and pour out! Allow Gods gifts to exhaust you! Daily! So that we may be filled and renewed with new purpose and assignments daily! 

See, God has already made you for greatness! God has already made room for all you are and all you have! God has already set the table!! All you have to do is believe Him for it and move according to His will! His plan for YOU! 

Don't be the prop! Don't be the plot! Don't be the problem in this world! Don't be the reason many can not see God moving in their lives! Don't sale your soul to the devil because somebody told you you have to turn your back on your friends, family, people, church, and even God to gain! God has already given you all YOU need to live a full life! Unashamed of Christ! Unashamed of your uniqueness! Unashamed and unafraid of being set apart!

Good evening Believers and doers of Gods word. What is your read/study on this rainy day? 

Everything has a purpose and EVERYTHING happens for a reason! We may not see or believe that in the times we need to see and believe that but it is truth! Every wicked, every hurt, every disappointment, and  every loss... they all have a purpose and a reason. God has set things in place, including room for the wicked to roam to push you toward your purpose. To your destiny. We may not be in tune enough to understand that but that's why we have to stay connected to God and in His word! God will allow you to experience, witness, and to go through some things because those are spiritual muscle builders, strength providers, and eye openers. If life didn't come with its trials and tribulations we'd be to comfortable and complacent to have the will and passion to do all that God has created you in purpose to do! Trust His word! God will punish the proud and arrogant! He has to! In His timing! Because it's as disgusting and exceedingly offense to God and more as it is to you! Remember that it is your fear(Respect) of the Lord that helps YOU to avoid evil! Trust and know that those in your life that take more than they give, that tear you down, that seem to do more to deter you than build with you...they're teaching you that, that's what God is supposed to do! Not Man! 

"The Lord has made everything for its own purpose, 

Even the wicked [according to their role] for the day of evil.

Everyone who is proud and arrogant in heart is disgusting and offensive to the Lord; 

Be assured he will not go unpunished. 

By mercy and lovingkindness and truth [not superficial ritual] wickedness is cleansed from the heart. 

And by the fear of the Lord one avoids evil. 

When a man's ways please the Lord, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him." -Proverbs 16: 4-7

Good evening Believers and doers of Gods word. What is your read/study?

You know, reading more of Proverbs 15 this evening and it's a clear line drawn in the sand. Do you stand with God? Or nah?! Proverbs 15:5 reads "A [flippant, arrogant] fool rejects his fathers instruction and correction, But he who [is willing to learn and] regards and keeps in mind a reprimand acquires good sense." Proverbs 15:6 goes on to say "Great and priceless treasures is in the house of the [constantly] righteous one [who seeks godly instruction and grows in wisdom], but trouble is in the income of the wicked one [who rejects the laws of God]."

A lot of us are growing in rebellion and not wisdom! I'm telling you now! We look at these young people and we place all the blame on them! No! Many of them have rejected Gods wisdom and teachings! But many were never given it from the start! It's more to it than just rejecting their father. Because a lot of these adults are led by the very rebellions they grew in and inherited instead of Godly wisdom! And they're teaching these young people the same. You can't reject instruction and corrections you never received. Which is why so many are running wild and just lost! Holding to whatever "teachings and instructions" hold to them! The role of the parent requires GOD!! Because God provides the wisdom we need to instruct and correct! When we build a house of consistently walking in the ways of God morally, mentally, physically, spiritually and socially, we build up priceless treasures that our children inherit and pass on to their own.

We KNOW our heart! Be it good or bad! Think of all the people hurting though that wears a mask of "joy" "laughter" "anger" "boldness" "carelessness" "confidence" and so on! This is why it is NEVER up to us to say "well they seem fine to me!" or "They had time to post or go to that gathering so they must be fine"! Or "They're really good people" "You can trust them". Only WE individuals with our own hearts KNOW our own bitterness!! That bitterness can be from constant hurt, pain, disappointment, fear, abandonment. Or it can be from our own wickedness we battle but keep hidden! 

Proverbs 14:12 reads "There is a way which seems right to a man and appears straight before him, but it's end is the way of death. Because as 14:11 reads "the house of the wicked will be overthrown, But the tent of the upright will thrive. When your "right ways" that seem "straight" leads to death...death of others, hope, faith, purpose...chances are, you ain't in right standing with God. Because with God...we THRIVE! 

 You can tell when someone isn't happy with their own life. They're the ones who have to always stir up strife, confusion, plot against others and are on the run from all things God! They appear to be happy with their own wickedness but when the room clears and the silence fills the room...they can't even stand to look in the mirror! That's why they're always busy in everybody else's business! 

"The backslider in heart will have his fill with his own [rotten] ways, But a good man will be satisfied with his ways [the Godly thought and action which his heart pursues and in which he delights]" -Proverbs 14:14 

Want to ENJOY life?! Consistently and diligently pursue God! With your HEART! To know if one is truly "okay". To know if you're in right standings with God! To defeat and remove your own wickedness and then the wickedness of others! The one who is satisfied with their life, are the ones who seek God in all they say and do and go to God for readjustments DAILY! It's always a matter of the H E A R T!

Good evening Believers and doers of Gods word! What's your read/study? 

This a LONG ONE y'all! But it's GOOD!! 

Proverbs 14 starts out with HER or hER! The wise woman and the foolish woman. A wise woman BUILDS (Brings Up Intellectual Loving Daily Successors)!! She keep her eye and intent on God and His principals as she prepares her home to thrive! While the foolish woman TEARS (Thoughtless  Effortless  Aimlessly Raising Substandard) DOWN with her own hands because she ignores Godly principals! She lacks spiritual insight and wisdom. 

Proverbs 14:1 KJV

[1] Every wise woman buildeth her house: but the foolish plucketh it down with her hands.

Let's talk about the Heart for a moment. Proverbs 14:10-14 is pulsating! The heart is more than that organ that keeps us physically alive. It is the pathway to spiritual, moral, and logical righteousness or wickedness. Remember! Hope deferred makes the heart sick right?! So let's see what takes us to sickness or out of it! I want to take four verses, out of order, group them together and share how it was given to me by the Holy Spirit. 

Proverbs 14:10 reads that "The heart knows it's own bitterness, and no stranger shares its joy" it goes on to say in Proverbs 14: 13 that "Even in laughter the heart may be in pain, and the end of joy may be grief."
