여름 휴가시즌을 앞두고 이런 문구를 들으면 왠지 마음이 설레는데요, 여러분은 올 여름 어떤 휴가 계획을 하고 계신가요?

어디론가 훌쩍 떠나고 싶지만 이런저런 이유로 그러지 못했던 한국 직장인들에게 단비와도 같은 소식이 하나 있습니다.

바로 문화체육관광부와 한국관광공사가 대한민국의 '쉼표가 있는 삶'을 위해 2018년부터 도입한 근로자 휴가지원 사업입니다.

근로자 휴가지원 사업은 ""직장 내 자유로운 휴가문화 조성을 위해 기업과 정부가 함께 근로자에게 국내 여행경비를 지원""하도록 고안되었습니다.

근로자가 20만 원, 그리고 기업이 10만 원을 부담하여 여행 적립금을 조성하면

정부가 10만 원을 추가 지원하여 6월부터 내년 2월까지 총 40만 원의 휴가 적립금으로 선정 근로자는 국내 여행 상품을 구매할 수 있게 됩니다.

한국관광공사는 3월 27일부터 4월 20일까지 2만 명의 신청자를 모집한 결과, 그의 5 배인 총 10만4506명이 참여 신청을 했다는 결과를 밝혔습니다.

또한 많은 기업들의 참여로 서류검토가 지연되어 참여기업 선정결과 발표일이 늦춰질만큼 본 사업은 많은 이들의 뜨거운 관심을 받았습니다.

5대 1의 경쟁률을 제치고 선정된 근로자는 가상계좌로 부여받은 40만 원의 분담금으로

국내 여행 전용 온라인 몰에서 패키지여행, 숙박시설, 입장권, 교통 등등의 국내여행 관련 상품을 구입할 수 있습니다.

이번 사업을 바탕으로 직장 내 휴가문화가 개선되고, 여가와 힐링을 통해 한국 근로자들의 삶의 질이 향상되며,

국내여행 장려를 통해 지방경제 및 내수경기가 활성화 되기를 기대하는 바입니다.

Summer vacation season is at hand, so it is exciting to hear phrases like this. Do you have any plans for this summer break?

There was pleasant news for South Korean employees who could hardly leave for vacations for many reasons, even though they wanted to so bad.

It is the Employee Vacation Rewards Service carried on by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism and Korea Tourism Organization in 2018 to make some room for "commas (stands for relaxation) in the life of Koreans."

Vacation Rewards Service is designed for companies and the government to support "employees with vacation rewards to improve vacation culture and help workers leave for vacations more easily."

If an employee saves 200,000 won, and a company contributes 100,000 won to form a travel fund,

then the government provides 100,000 won of additional rewards so that chosen employee may purchase domestic travel products with the total 400,000 won of travel fund.

Korea Tourism Organization reported that 104,506 applicants applied for the service during the application period from March 27 to April 20, which was five times greater than the 20,000 quotas.

Also, the date to announce results of the chosen participating companies was postponed due to a great number of applications by companies turned in, which reflected that a lot of people were highly interested in this service.

Those who are selected over 5 to 1 competition rate receive 400,000 won of travel fund with their virtual account,

and they can make transactions for various domestic travel products like travel packages, hotel, entrance tickets, transportation, etc. on a website designed for domestic travels only.

It is hoped that this service lays a good groundwork to improve vacation culture in Korean companies and lives of Korean employees through leisure and a vacation

and that it stimulates the local and domestic economy by encouraging domestic tourism.
