세계적 인기를 누리는 아이돌 그룹 빅뱅의 메인보컬 태양과 배우 민효린이 많은 이들의 축하 속에서 웨딩마치를 올렸습니다.

두 살 연상연하 커플의 이 기쁜 소식은 2017년 12월 태양이 자신의 SNS에 민효린과 찍은 사진과 함께 결혼사실을 공개하며 일파만파로 퍼졌습니다.

그에 소속사는 두 사람이 가족, 친지, 지인들을 모시고 모처의 교회에서 결혼식을 올린 뒤 인천 파라다이스 시티에서 피로연을 진행할 예정이며,

"인생에서 중요한 새출발을 앞둔 두 사람에게 앞으로도 많은 격려와 축복을 부탁드린다"는 내용의 입장을 발표하며 결혼 사실을 공식화했습니다 .

2014년 발표된 태양의 솔로 2집 수록곡 "새벽한시" 뮤직비디오 촬영을 시작으로 인연을 맺게 된 두 사람은 4년간의 열애 끝에 2018년 2월 3일 결혼에 골인하였습니다.

이 외에도 근래 스타 결혼식 하면 언급하지 않을 수 없는 커플들이 있는데 바로 비와 김태희, 그리고 송중기 송혜교 부부입니다.

가수이자 영화배우로 활동해온 비와 한국의 대표적인 미인 탤런트로 손꼽히는 김태희는 비의 입대전 소셜커머스 광고 촬영으로 만난 후 교제를 시작하게 되었으며, 2013년 초 열애를 인정하였습니다.

그로부터 4년 후, 2017년 1월 17일에 가수 비가 갑작스럽게 자신의 SNS를 통해 자필 편지로 결혼 사실을 전해 많은 이들을 깜짝 놀라게 하였고, 바로 이틀 후인 1월 19일에 서울 가회동 성당에서 조용히 식을 치뤄 부부가 되었습니다.

마지막으로 최고 시청률 38.8%를 기록하며 국내뿐 아니라 중국 등지에서도 뜨거운 사랑을 받은 드라마 "태양의 후예"가 맺어준 송송커플을 논하지 않을 수 없는데요,

극중 아름다운 케미를 보여준 두 사람은 실제 연인사이로 발전하였으며, 2017년 7월 5일 결혼을 발표하였고,

같은 해 10월 31일 서울 신라호텔 영빈관에서 국내 배우들과 중국의 배우 짱쯔이를 비롯한 많은 하객들이 지켜보는 가운데 성대한 세기의 결혼식을 올렸습니다.

팬들 역시 스타들의 결혼식에 기뻐하고 응원의 메세지를 보냈습니다.

Taeyang, one of the lead vocalists of the world-famous K-pop group Big Bang, and Korean actress, Min Hyo-Rin, were married, and a lot of people congratulated this happy event.

The news of the wedding for this couple with a two year age gap was made public and spread widely when Taeyang validated the fact with a post on his social media alongside a picture taken with Min Hyo-Rin in December last year.

In turn, their agencies announced that their wedding will be held at a church with their family, relatives, and friends and will be followed by a reception at Paradise City wedding hall located in Incheon.

They also added, "Please give a lot of encouragement and blessings to the two who are about to make a major milestone in their life," thus making their marriage announcement official.

Their relationship started back when they worked together on the music video for Taeyang's song "1AM" in his solo album released in 2014, and they decided to wed after four years of courtship.

Speaking of celebrity weddings in Korea, there are a few couples that are hard not to mention, and they are; Rain and Tae-hee Kim, and Joong-ki Song and Hye-Kyo Song.

Rain has been active as a singer and an actor, whereas Tae-hee Kim is the A-list celebrity of beauty in Korea, and they started dating after filming a commercial together for a social-commerce platform. They announced their courtship in the beginning of 2013.

Four years have passed since then, so when Rain made a social media post of a hand-written letter which delivered his marriage news all of the sudden to everyone's surprise. Two days after that, they held a private marriage at a Catholic Church in Gahoe-dong, Seoul, and became a married couple.

And last but not the least, we have the Song-Song couple, who were in a Drama titled "Descendants of the Sun" which initiated their relationship while the show was loved by both Korean and Chinese viewers, scoring 38.8% of viewer ratings when it was aired.

The two not only produced beautiful chemistry on-screen but also fell into real romance and announced their marriage on July 5th, 2017.

In the same year, on October 31st, the Song-Song couple held a grand wedding-of-the-century at Yeongbin Hall of the Silla Hotel in Seoul with numerous guests in attendance, including Korean actors and Chinese actress, Zhang Ziyi.

Fans of the celebrity couples were also very happy for such occasions and sent them messages of encouragement.
