They say the only constant in life is change and on today's episode we had the pleasure of talking with Global Executive Business Coach – Albana Vrioni.
Albana story is truly amazing. Albana talks to us about growing up and family life in soviet Albania and then going on to graduate as a mechanical engineer working for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Then a few years later Albana’s career took a 90% degree turn moving out of engineering and into Business and Executive Coaching with Marshall Goldsmith in Brussels. Albana then went on to join Forbes Coaches Council as an Executive Coach.
Albana talks us through the concept of generative intelligence coaching that she is using to help business owners and executives re-imagine the future, see beyond what’s obvious, and reconcile conflicting truths and competing values. She also talks us through her Ted Talk on Crowdsourcing a new change management pattern—recognizing that when the crowds participate in co-creating, change is embraced faster and its impact is wider.
