“The Refining Fire”

Today’s reading from Malachi 3:1-4 invites us to consider Christ as the refiner of our souls. While we often focus on Jesus as Savior and Redeemer, this passage reveals another vital aspect of His work: purifying and transforming us from the inside out. Malachi paints a vivid picture of Christ as a refiner’s fire and a purifier of silver, cleansing hearts and motives to make them pleasing offerings to God.
