We keep with the themes of Advent, this week stepping into the theme of Joy, with an additional focus on Healing. Katie Twitchett encourages us to find both joy and healing in our relationships with those around us, and even more deeply in relationship with God.



Discussion Starters:

  1. (Icebreaker) What is your favorite Christmas song? Are there any that you find particularly annoying?
  2. What came to your mind when asked to remember a memory that you are grateful for? What did this feel like in your body?
  3. On a scale of 1-10 how full would you say your joy tank is currently?
  4. Take a minute to go around the table, look each other in the face and tell each other, sincerely, I’m glad you are here tonight.
