In a season when many of us feel tired or stretched thin, God invites his people into a true and lasting rest, a rest we receive with gratitude and proclaim with joy. Isaiah reminds us, “The LORD GOD is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation… Give thanks to the LORD, call upon his name; make known his deeds among the peoples, proclaim that his name is exalted” (Isaiah 12:2–3). Reflect on the rest God gives His people and how that rest becomes a witness to the world.
