Now is not the time for magical thinking nor is any dark time. By magical thinking, I mean believing that we can just ignore the darkness or hard times and they'll just go away. That doesn't work. We live in a physical reality and we have to deal with what is.

Now is the time to use and improve your magickal abilities and skills. Magick is a practice and hard times call for us to remember our magick and use it to support and help ourselves and each other through tough times.

We have to do lots of mundane tasks in our day. We can leave them mundane or we can hack them to make them magickal. It doesn't take much time to add magick to your daily life. Living in an enchanted world is so much more rewarding than staying fully in the mundane.

1. Add one or two Mundane to Magick Hacks to your day.
2. Notice over time what results you experience from your magick hacks.
3. Consider making a new magick hack a habit each month.

What are Magickal Resources? Just like physical and mental resources, magickal resources are assets that you can use to function effectively or even deliciously. I think we often forget how many magickal resources we have at our disposal when we need to use them so we want to have awareness and a list, so it helps us tap into them when we need to.

It's also helpful to know what resources we want to cultivate so that we have more magickal assets to work with as we need them. In this episode, I'll share some of the kinds of magickal resources you can attain and how to know what you need now.

2. Decide on One new Magickal Resources you'd like to acquire and take daily steps toward that

I realized that I missed a crucial part of one of the misconceptions, so it's discussed here in misconception one of this episode. So much of life and magick if filled with paradoxes and this is no different. From the last episode, the first misconception is that you have to believe but I also ended the episode by saying "it helps if you believe in Magick." Ahh, yes! Beatrice Dalle has a tattoo that says "paradoxe, mon amour" and it's one of the tattoos some has that I covet the most.

These misconceptions are even more important than the last three so give them a listen. I didn't give you an experiment last time so pick one magical practice that you can't believe in and give it a try. Then, send me a note and let me know how it went. We'll figure this belief thing out once and for all.
