Let us draw near to the throne of God with boldness, repent of our sins, and find forgiveness from His kind hand.

Today’s short episode is a look behind the scenes of what I am beginning to study deeper than I have before. What is dispensationalism? What about Covenantalism? These can seem like big theological words reserved for scholars, but as I have come to find out, there are great benefits to studying both perspectives within the Bible. Be blessed! In a time of repentance, it felt as if I put myself in a slump. Repentance must be a part of the believer’s life. We must do so regularly. What if you, like I did, get stuck in an attitude of the magnitude of your sin? Today we will look at a quote that brought me out of the mire and set my course for the day!

Today we will examine eight blessings that we have access to in prayer through our union with Christ. Here is the list:

1. A companion when we are lonely

2. A counselor when we are doubting

3. A comforter when we are sorrowful...

This is the introduction to my passion project. Writing a book is very time consuming, but when I started reading 1 Peter I could not stop. The burden behind the book is that men need hope. Good news! We, as Christian men have hope! A sure and living hope. Will you join with me in reading 1 Peter? What a blessing Peter has been to me.

A prayer for every day! We need Jesus continually. This prayer will lift your soul and strengthen your feeble legs.

Our salvation is present. We have been saved, are being saved, and will one day be saved. Let us pray that we would live in light of our very present salvation.
