I’ve been MIA for weeks now on my podcast it’s because I was busy working on myself. This episode is very different because I am really reading it on my journal. No edits, whatsoever. This is me speaking what is on my mind and what is written on my journal. It is really hard to forgive but I know one thing’s for sure, forgiveness makes you live your life to the fullest.

Do you feel conscious about your age? Getting older every year is something to be happy about. In this episode I’ll share to you my thoughts about time ticking so fast and I feel like I am running out of breath. Don’t fret, instead take things one day at a time.

If you think people don’t see your value and doesn’t appreciate you... let them go. They don’t deserve someone who’s only purpose was to love and care for them. Never let anyone belittle or even degrade you. You are worth every cell that creates your entirety.

This is such a chill episode where I talk about hobbies, making them a routine. It is such an underrated topic but for me, anything that consumes my time is really expensive.
