Our guest this month is a photographer, long distance hiker, and all around cool human being, Tommy Corey aka Twerk. After an introduction and our normal catch up, we talk about how he got into photography, his favorite cameras, and then we dive deep into his latest project, All Humans Outside. In this project Tommy will be taking photos of 100 humans from all sections of the outdoors (sports, conservation, recreation, etc.) and all different backgrounds with a special focus on people that aren't stereotypically represented in the outdoors and encapsulating their stories in an upcoming photobook. This is a momentous undertaking and Tommy gives us an inside look on how this project came together and what we can expect in the final product. Since the book is about how people interact with the outdoors and how it effects them, we ask Tommy about how it has effected him. We then talk about Tommy's experience being an LGBTQ person on the PCT, how he thinks we could increase diversity and inclusion in the outdoors, and have a serious but important discussion about suicidal thoughts, depression, and how Tommy has dealt with them in the past. Finally, we wrap up with Trevor's favorite questions, plugs, and the normal podcast housekeeping.

This month our guests are Marybeth and Brently of BBB Adventures. After our guest intro and a short catch up, we get into our main topic, Bike Touring. We start off with clearing up the difference between Bike Packing and Bike Touring then talk about how our guests got into cycling and then leveled up to bike touring, all things RAGBRAI, Marybeth and Brently's bike touring trip from Washington State to New York City called the Apollo Mission, and the Boise Bicycle Project and how that is tied into the Apollo Mission.  We then wrap things up with Trev's favorite questions, and read our very first official review!

This month our guest is one of the stars of the National Geographic Documentary, Explorer: the Deepest Cave, Sean Lewis. After a roundtable catchup we get into our main topic, Caving. We breakdown the difference between caving and spelunking, how Sean got into caving at an early age, dispel some caving misconceptions,  go through Sean's favorite places he's been caving, provide some resources to learn more about caving, and chat about the Nat Geo documentary and the Sistema Cheve in Oaxaca, Mexico. In this months episode, the guys set down with Evan Thibaud. After introducing our guest and catching up on what we've been up to the last month, we eventually get into our main topic. Fear and how we and others deal with it. We talk about how fear is a very central part of Thibaud's life and the activities he partakes in. We were only able to hit on a small fraction of everything that is Thibaud, but we chat about world travel, sailing, hang gliding, starting your own business, keeping a growth mindset in everything you do, the types of fear and then cap the episode off with an epic story of ice climbing in Labrador, Canada. This month the guys sit down with the one, the only, Stan Fowler to talk about all things cycling! This month Alex Aldecoa, the Marketing Manager for Aire Watersports and Outcast Sporting Gear comes on to talk with the guys about whitewater rafting.
