    Hello hello hello!

[TW: The use of the word wh*re]

Thank you all so so much for tuning in to this heartbreaking episode of Advice 4 The Living.  It can be so hard when our anger and shame amplify inside ourselves to the point where when we are forced to make decisions that have life-long, irreversible consequences…where we might not always pick what is the best option for the future.  If you have ever felt like this or been in a position like this, I’m so sorry for what you’ve been through or are continuing to  go through, and I hope you find solace, peace and comfort in knowing you’re not alone.

I believe that upon deep inner reflection, the best possible outcomes and choices will be made.

Also, I want to reiterate my appreciation for all of you and everything you do to interact with this podcast. While downloads are the most helpful (especially if the video has an ad), I truly appreciate all of it.  From you liking/favouriting/saving the podcast itself or specific episodes that resonate with/stand out to you, to sharing it (either on or off-line/by word of mouth), to when you give it a rating/review on the app you’re tuning in from, and even when you just simply listen.  It really helps propel this podcast forward in the algorithm so that even more people can join our ever-growing community movement of difference-makers, world-changers, and people reclaiming kindness and community, and where all are welcome, celebrated, encouraged and supportived, and I hope you’ll join us!

I also really appreciate all of your email submissions, because without them…this podcast wouldn’t exist.  So if you have a topic/subject matter, circumstance, update, or problem/issue/dilemma that you want me to share my thoughts, perspective, advice and opinions on and discussed in an episode, please don’t hesitate to email me at [email protected] and I check my messages constantly so stay tuned because you’ll never know when your submission will be next!  (Extra highlight on the fact that I want updates lol)

Thank you all once again for everything, and I can’t wait to catch you in the next one!

    Bye folks!

PS. I am so sorry if there is an ad on this video, I know how annoying/frustrating they are… But I genuinely appreciate your patience because they help so much!  That’s because if you download an episode, when an ad is playing (mind you the ads are only up for anywhere from a couple hours to a couple days max and you don’t have to interact with the ad in any way whatsoever)... I do get a bit of a kickback

So thank you all so much once again for your understanding because any amount of ATTITUDE commissions, Vagabond Life commissions, and ad revenue…all of that goes right back into the podcast.

To be completely honest, the monthly fee to upkeep this podcast is *hefty* (which is incredibly difficult seeing as I receive disability income which is so minimal and doesn’t even enough fully cover my medication) and my budget is so tight that any of those avenues to save me anything from out of pocket is a genuine miracle/blessing.

    Hello hello hello!

Thank you all so so much for listening to this slightly more serious and important episode of Advice 4 The Living! This episode is slightly odd but brings about an important conversation about boundaries (I hope you can understand).  Ending with gratitude for the New Year!  I genuinely appreciate you all more than you will ever know

For everyone listening, if towards the end I sound off/choppy or rushed, it’s because the end didn’t get recorded the first time I said it (it actually flowed really well I’m so bummed it didn’t record), and when trying to re-record that bit, I had a fairly serious medical episode I was trying to push through so my deepest apologies!  I appreciate your understanding!

Also, I want to reiterate my appreciation for everything you do to interact with this podcast. It really helps propel this podcast forward in the algorithm so that more people can join our ever-growing community movement of difference-makers, world-changers, and those who genuinely care about our fellow humans who are struggling with an invisible burden, even if we don’t share the same opinions/beliefs.  There’s always mutual support and respect and it’s so humbling and beautiful to be a part of!

    Hello hello hello!

Thank you all so so much for listening to this special “update” episode of Advice 4 The Living! This episode is one that I know a lot of us had thought about and wondered “where are they now?” My heart is filled with joy knowing that my words could help in any way, and if I’ve already recorded an episode for you too…please follow this lead and also send an update!

How have you been since your episode went live?  What has changed?  What hasn’t? How have you been impacted as a result of that episode!  I’d love to hear your updates (good or bad— but obviously hopefully things have gotten better), and I’m sure the listeners do too!

Also, I want to reiterate my appreciation for everything you do to interact with this podcast.

I also really appreciate all of your email submissions, because without them…this podcast wouldn’t exist.  So if you have a topic/subject matter, circumstance or problem/issue/dilemma that you want me to share my thoughts, perspective, advice and opinions on and discussed in an episode, please don’t hesitate to email me at [email protected] and I check my messages constantly so stay tuned because you’ll never know when your submission will be next!

Thank you all once again for everything, and I can’t wait to catch you in the next one!  Bye folks!

PS. No pressure whatsoever but if you ever feel like giving me a “tip” for the work I put into this podcast, please head to buymeacoffee.com/Advice4TheLiving No amount is too small and I *genuinely* can’t emphasize enough how much I’d appreciate it!  I do have to  pay out of pocket to produce these episodes, so no amount is too small and will forever be a massive gift!  That being said, whether you give me $0 or a billion dollars…I’ll love you all just the same!

PPS. I am so sorry if there is an ad on this video, I know how annoying they are… But if you download an episode, where an ad is playing, I do get a bit of a kickback so thank you all so much for understanding and being patient with me.
