Dr. McGinty shares how she came to find her calling in radiology, particularly in breast imaging, why she pursued an MBA, and how it shaped her interest in the economics around radiology. 

Daniel and Dr. McGinty also discuss the current state of radiology around advocacy, radiology reimbursements, population health, and the underrepresentation of women and minorities in the field.
