ABOUT OUR GUEST 

Kristen Griffiths is the Associate Director, Public Affairs, North America at Incyte. She is a communications professional who creates award-winning, multi-channel campaigns and content to engage and inspire patients to take action. For 16 years, Kristen’s career has spanned the healthcare space, working across a variety of roles from advocating for patients, building brands, and driving disease awareness, to educating diverse audiences across a variety of therapeutic categories including oncology, urology, endocrinology, and pain management.

Currently, she works at Incyte, a Delaware-based, global biopharmaceutical company focused on finding solutions for unmet medical needs through the discovery, development, and commercialization of proprietary therapeutics. Prior to Incyte, Kristen worked at Endo Pharmaceuticals and Shire Pharmaceuticals. Outside of work Kristen is a mom and enrolled in the pocket MBA program through the University of Delaware.
