Showing the 3d printed chip covers I made for the the Habegger / Schaublin 102 lathe. I explain how I arrived at the current design of the covers, their modelling in FreeCAD and the mounting and usage on the lathe bed and crossslide.

Making holddown clamps for the grinding vise on my milling machine as an entry to The Spareroom Toolmaking Competition 2020 #TMC2020

I'm adding some additional features to these clamps, to help with chip guarding and holding workpieces on top of the vise.
