Ryan further discusses a cardiac emergency he went through, how he's dealt with the issue, his recovery and his hopes to raise awareness in the fire service.

Ryan Johnston is a 24+ year career firefighter and a 30+ year volunteer firefighter, I am the owner of Maineiac Training, a small training group that prides ourself on providing realistic, experience-based fire training. Ryn is currently the Rescue Technician on A shift at the Waterville Maine Fire Dept. Ryan is a Lieutenant with the Oakland Maine  Fire Department
