In this second part, we discuss in-depth the first pillar, prayer. Apostolic prayer and calling forth redemptive purposes of God is critical to the health of a spiritual family.

When Jacob prophesied over each of his sons, he called out unique, redemptive purposes and qualities that he saw in his sons, who would become the 12 tribes of Israel. The same is true with spiritual fathers and mothers. We call out those redemptive qualities, the spiritual DNA that we see in the people of God, so that people can see and receive and have faith to enter into those callings.
