June 11, 2020 AEW Dynamite June 10, 2020 Review: Cody TNT Title Match , FTR Debut Match, Justin Roberts is BACK!
Justin Roberts is back to announcing for the first time in months!

Women's match was awesome
Nice spot fest
I liked Ford getting the pin, makes her more of a legit contender. Some mess ups for sure though in this one.

Allie wearing the nightmare family jacket is interesting. What are her motives? Next week nightmare family vs omega & hangman.

Butcher & Blade vs FTR
Loved FTR bringing the truck to the ring again. Obviously one of these teams will turn I truly hope it's the bucks, it will be good for them.
Thought this was a fun match to watch. I want to see butcher and blade more.

Another great "role model" promo. She doesn't even need to wrestle she's so good lol.

6 man tag best friends vs Inner circle

Cassidy looked good but Hager was obviously dominant in this one. Can't believe inner circle took another L. Loved jericho attacking him with oranges lol. Jericho's bat floyd

Mjf interview saying he's the ceiling. Mjf calling billy gunns sons talentless as funny and also calling for wardlow to protect him

Sammy guevara vs colt cabana
Loved sammy coming to the ring on the scooter. FINALLY Sammy get a win!! Decent match but pretty quick. Interesting what they are doing with dark order and cabana. I liked the hardy/guevara ending as well.
Loved the big flip sammy did out of the ring

Joey janella little promo was cool at the bar driving in the car

Another fantastic Mox interview, love the dynamic between him and tazz. Looking forward to their match.

Main event Cody vs Marq Quen

Great match again from Cody. His submissions were A+. Loved him getting the win with the submission makes his matches more interesting.

Overall decent show. My MVP would be Jake Hager.

Very solid match not as good as I thought it would be for a 24 min title match.Kip Sabian & Jimmy Havoc

Brian cage vs Shawn Dean

Cage once again completely dominate again. Quick match, cage wins after hitting the "drill claw". tazz promo at the end talking about mox laughing last week. Mox comes out and has pretty good promo himself. Good segment.

Lance archer promo
This was a pretty good promo after his loss at DON. Not sure why he's randomly in a junkyard. Said he isn't there to be a "spot monkey". He is there to be a monster!

Private party backstage promo w/ Matt Hardy
This was basically matt just putting over private party. Best part of this is when Matt see sammy in the hallway sammy is "injured" And hardy just says don't worry "Respect".
They said hardy boys , team extreme and did the movements

Colt "boom boom" cabana vs Chris Jericho
Colt started out in control and then Hager got involved and switched the tide. Jericho picks up the W with the judas effect. After the match Jericho calls out the baddest man on the planet and out comes Orange Cassidy. Cassidy puts jericho's hands in pockets and gets attacked but escapes with best friends
COLT GOT A LITTLE CUT ON MOUTH
WINNER: Jericho

Brook baker promo was funny with Tony rooting her on

Big swole vs. Nyla rose
This match wasn't very good. Boring to start and never really picked up. They needed to give shidah the week off though. Britt Baker and swole had an altercation afterwards that was pretty worthless.

First exclusive FTR interview
Said that FTR stands for whatever they want "free the revolution" or "follow the rules". They called Omega and page "not a real tag team"
This was cool with butcher n blade coming out of nowhere to interrupt and challenge FTR.

Jungle boy challenges Cody for the TNT champ.
Very good match probably 4/5 stars. Great spot through the table for both. Obviously cody was getting the win here but who cares when all his matches are great.

June 03, 2020 AEW News & Rumors; Tyson/Jericho Match? Cody calls out non-AEW talent for open challenge!
in a q & a today Cody confirmed that the Open challenge for the TNT title means ANYONE even non aew challengers can answer the title shot. This could possibly set up Zach ryder challenging.

Jericho had an interview with sports illustrated to hype his feud with tyson. He said he is hoping it will be a boxing match or street fight. Also mentioning that boxing/wrestling matches don't work like with piper/mr. T so it needs to be boxing jericho vs cabana because cabana held jericho back from tyson. He said it doesn't really matter about the match it's the story leading up to it.

Clutch adams vs Shawn Spears match was pulled from dark cody confirmed due to homophobic tweets from adams. Since then adms twitter has been changed or deleted.

Cody also discussed when a fan asked about the treatment of their black talent. He replied about how scorpio sky was one of their first cjampions as well as having "the only black executive in wrestling."
Former GCW champ AJ gray called AEw out on twitter saying that aew basically isn't hiring black wrestlers that are equally as good if not better than some of talent in Aew. AEW didn't comment on grays tweet.

Moxley has a tailbone bruise but isn't expected to miss anytime.
