AFC DONScast

We're covering the League Cup v Hearts midweek and the Rangers match from the weekend - both that ended with losses for the Dons :-(

Plus a news round up of the rest of the Dons news from the past week, including an UEFA award for the Community Trust and the Aberdeen Women clinch the SWFL Division One North title.

A win is a win, but it was far from a great watch and the manager agrees with us!  Derek McInnes commented after the game that it was "awful to watch".  More from the Livingston match at the weekend and we hear post match from the manager.

Plus the winning form of the Aberdeen Women and the Aberdeen U18s continues plus the possibility of retaining the services of Jon Gallagher to the end of the season and call-ups to the Scotland U21 squad.

All this and a wee bit more in our quick ten minute AFC DONScast update.

We're back after the international break and we've managed to fit in quite a lot under 10 minutes.  More from the St Johnstone match on Saturday plus post-match reaction from Zak Vyner, plus an update on the injury front.  We have news from the U18s, Aberdeen Women and Aberdeen Reserves and confirm our earlier report that the BBC Sports Personality of the Year is coming to Aberdeen in December.
