Freedom is on the other side of fear. I have to admit: I was scared to do this episode. We're talking about romantic relationships!

Somebody I've been seeing has recently shared that he's not sure what his feelings are towards me. Of course, this has been a journey of thoughts and emotions for me.

In this episode, I discuss my own history with romantic relationships, and how I reacted to the current situation in a way that honors my own self-love. Some of my tactics include holding space/ being present, releasing my emotions, and practicing good self-care.

I (hesitantly) share some of the blocks I've faced through this process.
