I start this episode off with updating you on my Year of Enough for the month of March. We explore my Amazon cart and Pinterest board for things that I want to buy. The Lenox Spice Village House set is still on the list. I also discuss what I manifested including my yoga class, a bunch of at-home workout lessons, and toilet paper (currently a hot commodity!) I talk about my main strategy, which is what we're all doing: self isolation! Finally, I come clean with what I bought this month. Listen to hear if I violated my rules.
I dedicate the second half of the episode to discussing the current global pandemic. Many people all over the world are struggling through the quarantine. I share my advice on conquering the situation by feeling your feelings. Get ready to release internal blocks you have through a mind/body exercise I walk you through.
Mindfulness -- it's the secret ingredient to get us through the pandemic. Be mindful of where your thoughts are living. Shift them into positive places, and you will experience so much fucking growth.
