Rest and relaxation - simply BEING - is not a luxury you have to earn. Joyful existence is your birthright! If you have a hard time “shutting off” and/or feel guilty when you do, this affirmation episode is for you.

Today, I am allowing myself to relax. I do not have to earn rest. I am resting and it feels AMAZING. It feels so good to embrace leisure time. Today, the word “should” does not exist in my vocabulary. My worth is not defined by my productivity. My level of output does not determine my value as a human being. Having fun and enjoying life isn’t a reward I have to earn- it is my birthright. I am allowed to take a break. It is perfectly ok to chill. Taking time to slow down and enjoy life is a beautiful thing- it is a GOOD thing. I have permission to refresh my mind and rejuvenate my body whenever I want or need. It feels good to take care of myself! It feels good to live in the moment. I am allowed to savor and soak in life. I enjoy living and I celebrate being alive! I make special, cherished memories when I give myself the time and space to really LIVE. I am lovingly releasing any thought or belief system that tells me otherwise.
