Today we’re talking about embracing your full identity. I’m sharing a moving affirmation sequence for you to co-regulate together with me. I teach about creating personalised affirmation stories and I personally know the power of taking a compassionate pause and speaking hope, light and love to ourselves.
In this context, co-regulation simply means that we’re pausing together to gift ourselves the time and space we need to find calm, compassion and a place of peace.
