Affirmations for Anxiety
“The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another.”
Affirmations are a great way to help shift our perspective and our mindset. The world is in an anxious place right now and since it’s my goal to help others find confidence, health, income and community I wanted to share these affirmations to help reduce that anxiety and stress today. When we are less stressed we can do more good in the world. Right now I’d say we could all use a little more good.
