The greatest “wealth is health.” I believe that, but can’t take credit for that quote. It is attributed to Virgil, an ancient Roman poet. So we’re not talking about a new discovery here; more like a tried and true fact.
This weeks call is a recap of a recent coaching call I had. I have her permission to share these thoughts/concepts with you (even though I never name her) but I felt it was important to share this conversation b/c she can't be the only one thinking and feeling this way.
A lot of people say mindset is the be all end all, I've been known to say that a time or two as well. However, when you dig deeper it's not always our mind that needs work, it's our heart as well. A lot of time it's not that we don't know what to do, it's the emotion behind the inaction that we need to work on/process before we can move past them.

Come join me!
I'm back! :)
“Most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be.” —Abraham Lincoln

Happy people are not held hostage by their circumstances and they do not seek happiness in people or possessions.
If you would like to build your self-esteem, remember to love yourself daily.
Many people don’t practice building self-esteem daily because they don’t realize that it’s something that they can learn to do, no matter what experiences they have had in life.
The key to starting the process is to recognize that self-esteem, self-love, self-worth—whatever you feel drawn to calling it—is a seed that grows if you water it.
How do you begin to grow your self-esteem? You start by recognizing that you deserve to be loved. You deserve to love yourself.
The way you talk to yourself can really impact your confidence. The effect can be good or bad depending on whether your self-talk is positive or negative. We’ve got a few ways you can improve your self-talk in today’s show.
