We’re kicking off Season 2 with our wonderful co-host, Big Philly, for a powerful conversation about what it really means to live in your femininity.
What does being feminine look like? Can femininity exist in both men and women? We dive into the beauty, power, softness, and challenges that come with embracing your feminine energy—especially as a woman. From the pros and cons of living in a soft space to the hardships that can come with it, we’re getting real about it all.
Ultimately, this episode is about reclaiming our power, embracing our femininity, and owning every part of it. 💕✨
Tune in and let’s talk about what it means to truly live in her feminine.
This is the hardest chapter I've ever shared.
For 6 years, I stayed in an abusive relationship. Not because I didn't see the red flags, but because I didn't see my own worth. I believed I had to earn love, fix someone who kept breaking me, and accept the bare minimum because I didn't love myself enough to believe I deserved better.
Leaving wasn't a single decision. It was a thousand small moments of choosing myself after years of choosing someone who hurt me.
Today, I can finally say: I know my worth. Healing wasn't easy, but it was worth every tear, every setback, and every step away from the life I thought I had to accept.
If you're watching this and you're in a relationship that makes you question your value, I hope my story reminds you that you deserve safety, respect, and real love.
You are allowed to leave. You are allowed to choose yourself. Thank you for being here and holding space for my journey. ❤️

This episode gets really personal. 🤍
I open up about the trauma of growing up around toxic relationships... and how I eventually found myself in the same kind of relationships I always said I'd never be in. Toxicity felt familiar, and for a long time, I confused that with love.
I share some of my own experiences because I want young girls and women to know that toxic relationships aren't cute, romantic, or something to aspire to. If you've ever been in a real toxic relationship, you know there's nothing to glorify about it.
My hope is that this episode reminds someone that loving the wrong person can truly change the course of your life. Please choose yourself. Every single time. 🤍 You deserve peace, healthy love, and happiness. Always choose you.
Sis, are you accountable? In this new episode, I’m diving into a conversation that might ruffle a few feathers. We often hear men say women lack accountability, and as much as I hate to admit it... there’s some truth to it. But accountability starts with self, and that’s exactly what we’re unpacking.Join me as I share my thoughts, beliefs, and perspective on why accountability matters and how we can all do better. Trust me, this is a conversation you don’t want to miss.🎙️ Tap in and let me know your thoughts after you listen!#Podcast #NewEpisode #Accountability #WomenEmpowerment #selfreflection
THE FINALE. 😮💨Whew... listening back to this episode had me sitting in disbelief. Hearing my own pain, trauma, mistakes, growth, and accountability out loud feels surreal. This is easily the most vulnerable I've ever been, and trust me when I say... this conversation is RAW. No filters. No sugarcoating. No holding back.In this episode, I'm opening up about my experience with my last abortion—the emotions, the decisions, the lessons, and the things nobody really talks about. Some parts might make you uncomfortable, some might make you reflect, and some might have you looking at your own life a little differently. My prayer is that at least one woman learns something from my testimony and avoids making some of the same mistakes I made. If my story can help somebody navigate a difficult season, then every vulnerable moment shared was worth it.Now don't worry... I'm still me, so we're mixing truth, tears, healing, and a little laughter because baby, life is unpredictable.Grab your drink, get comfortable, and tap in. This one is deep.🎧 Available on Apple, Spotify & YouTube
This episode, I talk about my first experiences with chaos and how my experiences with abortion all stemmed from the terrible decisions I was making at the time. I open up about why I decided to continue living life without stepping into motherhood. This is my most transparent episode yet; RAW, HONEST & DEEPLY PERSONAL. You don't want to miss this episode. Come learn the "Itt Girl" herself.
In Part One, I go in depth about my fears of motherhood — how I valued my freedom more than the idea of becoming a mom, and the experiences that deeply altered my perspective. I open up about the moments and decisions that shaped the way I viewed motherhood, relationships, and myself.
