Everyone says that fitness is a great way to improve your mental health but what happens when you begin to feel crippling anxiety at the gym? What happens when a safe place begins to feel like the most chaotic place you could be? For me, I meant walking out half way through my workout which made me feel worse! On this episode, I help you walk through your anxiety with powerful affirmations that help you calm your anxiety and remind you that you are worthy. For this episode, feel free to take out a pen and paper or the note pad from your phone and write this affirmations down. You can also listen to them on the treadmill, on your way to the gym, or in the moment when you are taking a breather. Just remember, you are worthy of being there too!
