1) Throw those shoulders back, hold your head high, stand like you are about to receive a giant gift for a holiest of people. Palms facing up, arms wide open, almost like you are sunbathing, ready to soak in a receive...2) Energy...Get excited knowing that what you are about to say, programs your brain for more of that same feeling. Utilize the energy by karate chopping down when emphasizing what you want. Almost like a demand, a command. And you can do that nicely, because your own mind is who you are talking to, you are building you up, that makes me freaking excited!! Everything I want to be, is here now. Waiting for me to bring it to life...Hey TeTe, “yeah” show me how to get down, “ok.” I’m going to get down for you, the best way I know how. I love you, and like being fully open with you. It’s a rush..so this is literally a close example of the affirmations I exchange with 4 people, daily.

I now command my subconscious mind to soak in everything I’m about to say...I am worthy! I forgive myself, I take action now, I am the man I always wanted to be. I am so grateful for everything I’v ever wanted, in my life now! I am worthy of helping thousands of orphans become amazing people, I am worthy of being a teacher of knowledge, I am worthy to love myself fully. All the answers to everything I want are here now, I am ready now, I want a sign that they are here now! Yes! I love my life so much! Helping my friends win, helps me win, and I want everyone in the world to win. I love you, I love me, I love all of us equally! Yes!
