In this episode, LeTarius Prince joins me to kick off SEASON 2. In this episode, we discuss his personal journey of growing up without his father and the question of whether it’s necessary to grieve his absence.
Join us as we tackle this issue as well as give tips we feel are helpful in navigating this difficult space.
Topics include: Nature vs. Nurture, the need for healing, the damaging effects of “bitter baby mamas” and so much more. We WILL have a part two so if you have any questions or points you’d like for us to discuss, leave them in the comments or email them to [email protected].

Hey Fam!
We are OFFICIALLY in the holiday season. For some people, it the most wonderful time of the year! For others...it's yet ANOTHER reminder of the pain and struggles of the season.
Grief is HARD already, but add to it a time of year that's LITERALLY built to celebrate and be around family, and it could be a recipe for disaster. No matter if you're grieving a loved one, a job, a relationship, friendship, or something else, preparing for the holidays AHEAD of time can help you in more ways than one.
So, take a listen and let me know if these tips were helpful for you. Leave a comment and let's start a discussion!

This time of year can be hard. It's getting dark faster, getting colder by the day and perhaps you're experiencing some life changes in the midst of it all. In this episode, I'm discussing some mental health aspects of this time of year as well as the importance of grieving the fact that seasons change. When changes come, it's crucial that we embrace them in order to continue moving forward.

Hey Fam!
April 28, 2020 I filed my LLC in the state of Georgia. If you've been following me for any length of time, you know that I OFTEN stress the importance of grief being MORE than the physical death and loss of someone. In this episode I give you all the SPECIFIC event that lead to "Your Christian Grief Coach," and no it wasn't COVID.
I hadn't planned on taking two months off right after the launch, but hey, LIFE! But we're back and I know this episode will encourage.

Almost one year ago we lost a legend in Kobe Bryant.
Many people began to grieve someone they had never met, and some found themselves wondering why… Yet it is completely normal to grieve someone you looked up to, who had an impact on your life – whether they knew it or not!
This is a perfect time to talk about how real anniversary triggers are. We want to help you navigate through these anniversaries and know that what you are feeling is very real. It’s how you process it that will help you come out better on the other side
This week I had the pleasure of co-hosting with Dwight A. Bennett II, a School Counseling Master's Student as Western Michigan University. Dwight was able to offer his expertise as both a mental health advocate and professional, as well as a black man who was deeply impacted by the death of Kobe Bryant. Be sure to comment and share this episode in order to make sure we're able to affirm others on their grief journies.

In this episode I'm sharing with my social media family why I started this podcast. If you missed the live, this is a great opportunity to hear my heart and learn my why. I also give you a sneak peak of episode 4.
In this episode I discuss things you should NOT say to someone who is grieving. We all know you MEAN well, but do NOT force me to hide or erase my humanity simply because I'm a Believer.
