Becoming your highest self sounds beautiful but the truth is, it comes with grief, isolation and moments where you wonder if you're doing it right. I speak about the grounding truth when it comes to the cost. This is to give you an idea of the mindset that is needed in order to be able to afford the cost. It can feel challenging and like it's not worth it to dig up those old wounds, but your highest self is begging for your attention to the things that have caused you to feel lost in the first place. Ultimately, if you no longer want to live out of survival mode, you'll do the work.

I speak about raising your awareness to the feelings that have been suppressed, disregarded and denied the freedom to be expressed. Remember, no matter how hard this sounds, you are more than capable of choosing yourself and healing so that you can live the life that you yearn so deeply for. There is no way out besides through.
