Whoever obeys the word of God will also be blessed, just like Mary, the mother of Jesus, who was called among the blessed. So hearing the word of God is not enough, but we must put into practise what we hear. Faith is obtained by hearing the word of God, and it is faith in Jesus Christ that a person can receive, and then by studying the Bible and obeying his commands, our understanding becomes deeper than the knowledge of the saviour of mankind, Jesus Christ.
