Ro is an experienced and longstanding advocate for LGBTI Victorians and has held leadership positions in the community and government sectors. Ro Allen was appointed Victoria’s first Gender and Sexuality Commissioner in 2015. Ro currently chairs the Adult, Community and Further Education Board and is a former Chair of the Victorian Skills Commission, the Youth Affairs Council of Victoria (YACVIC), and former member of the Hume Regional Development Australia Committee.

Emily Fox (transgender player) plays with the St Kilda Sharks Women’s Football Club, where she stands at full back and yells and points at her team mates, and this year Em is also coaching the Div2 team, where she’ll stand on the sidelines and yell and point at her team mate.
