The Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry called on the federal and state governments to streamline the various tax policies being implemented in their respective domains.
ACCI’s newly elected President, Chief Emeka Obegolu, SAN, says although the payment tax is considered a civic duty, its remittance is a significant source of revenue generation that helps the government to meet its statutory obligations.

He appealed to the government at all levels to prioritise the provision of essential infrastructure, streamline tax policies, and enhance the ease of conducting business.
